Since AI Prompt Hub provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product access link has been sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any subscription on our site.
We understand that technical issues can happen. If you have not received your access link within 24 hours of purchase—and our support team is unable to resolve the delivery issue—we will issue a full refund of your purchase price via PayPal.
Your subscription is a one-time payment for a fixed period (3, 6, or 12 months). Access will automatically expire at the end of your chosen term.
In the event that you accidentally purchase the same subscription twice, please contact us within 48 hours. We will verify the duplicate transaction and issue a full refund for the second purchase.
We believe in fairness. If there is a major defect in the dashboard interface that makes the prompts completely inaccessible, we will investigate the matter and may offer a refund at our sole discretion.
